About the Author

Welcome

First and Foremost, ever-grateful for all visitors! Thank you for checking out information on behalf of myself and novel, In The Dollhouse, written by yours truly.

It is a journey embarking in a fictional world in which I created to reveal what is In The Dollhouse from a woman's perspective. It was an adventure, to say the least, and imagination was vividly used.

ALL creative aspects, edits, formatting, and even the cover was created by the author. It took about three years to perfect the book. The entire project is a treasure and my only hope is readers enjoy it, and feel comfortable enough to offer feedback pertaining to the tale of a teen who finds herself in a new neighborhood and away from her childhood home near the California coast. Not only is she losing her best friend, she has to adjust to a new life in the valley. What will become of her in adulthood? Will she discover there is more to The Dollhouse than marriage and having kids? Or, will her corporate black heels ensure she lives an ordinary life, like her mother, with whom she loathes. There is only one way to find out.

Join Erin Greene as she discovers what is IN THE DOLLHOUSE.

Again, many thanks to all those showing support and interest in my debut novel! My hope is that readers thoroughly enjoy In The Dollhouse, which is the first book in a three-part series.

Take care out there!

Happyness at Home blog*

I had the idea to change the blog on this site to one of happiness found at home. Many persons, mostly moms, get a bit overwhelmed when it comes to cleaning, organizing, and running a household; yet, most are told to just keep going, put on a smile, and do not sweat! Sweating is good for releasing toxins from the body, though. I wonder what many (parents) think about being so busy to the point of wanting to go stir-crazy when he or she finds 'emselves at home - alone. Will that person find him or her self sleepy or end up doing something wild while staying at peace with one's self? None of us can really tell when it comes to the story of family! And, that is what we all are... family. Some members manage to stay in touch, some manage to get along, and some drift apart. That is okay, too! As long as we all keep going even when things do not go our way. For those who may feel isolated, angry, anxious, or depressed, this blog is for ya! This entire website focuses on positive outl

Happy New Year, 2020!

This post on the second day of the new year proves how busy I am as a parent, worker, household organizer, and plain human being. Yes! I am, as most of us are on Earth, a plain human being, no matter what beauty, wisdom, or loads of love I offer to those around me who may or may not see it. I am me; you are you - together we can be a lot more if we just allow our potential and well-being to grow equally. Like so many other writers, I try to find a special time to write in the most luscious of settings. Sure, a fireplace, oak desk, and trays filled with treats and lattes would be the most ideal setting, but being real writers in the real world, most of us take what time and opportunity we can get and roll with it. Admittedly, I am running behind in Book 2 of my series as I cannot find the file nor do I have time to look for it. It is not entirely like losing a child, but it does crack my heart that I cannot work on it with the attention and care I have to finish such a well-polished
